I'm not a mechanic, but perhaps you should check the pump. If this is not the best to check to see how dirty the engine. Maybe you have plenty of oil or other things that make the engine smoke when it reaches a certain temperature. What is your temperature when you take the road?
It seems that the engine needs a valve grinding. But you can be complementary to get a garage to put in the machine, and it must stop smoking. Ask your local mechanic.
